WESSA: 100 year of Caring for the Earth
Our Pre-Primary students celebrated WESSA’s 100 Years, by showcasing special photos on a beautiful display in our new Reception area.
The Wildlife and Environment Society of South Africa (WESSA) is an environmental organisation dedicated to protecting our natural heritage, encouraging people to care for the planet for future generations. The special day commemorated the milestone of "100 Years of People Caring for the Earth".
Preparatory
D&D Gala
Crawford International North Coast, Preparatory took part in the D&D Gala on 3 March 2026.
A huge congratulations to the swimmers who received an outstanding 2nd place in the event. This result is a reflection of dedication, early mornings, consistent training put in by the coaches and students.
We are incredibly proud of our team and how they represented the school.

Senior Honours Evening
An exceptional evening was held in celebration of excellence, commitment, and achievement at the College Senior Honours Evening.
Congratulations are extended to all award recipients. These accomplishments reflect not only academic distinction, but also the discipline, resilience, and character that define the standard of the College. Each award presented represents sustained effort, purposeful learning, and a commitment to achieving personal bests.
Appreciation is also extended to parents for their continued partnership and support. Their encouragement, alongside the dedication of staff, contributes significantly to the ongoing success of students.
The College takes pride in its senior students, who continue to uphold and advance a strong tradition of excellence.
Top 3 in Grade 10 (2025)

First – Aarya Sharma: 90.99%

Dale Carnegie Graduation
Generation.Next, a version of the globally recognised Dale Carnegie Course tailored for individuals aged 16–20, focuses on the development of emotional intelligence (EQ) and the cultivation of attitudes, behaviours, and habits that enhance performance and effectiveness.
Over an eight-week period, students are equipped with skills to better manage the demands of academics, sport, extracurricular activities, and personal development, while preparing for future pathways.
The College acknowledges the students who participated in the programme with enthusiasm and maturity. The competencies developed through the Dale Carnegie Generation.Next Course are expected to contribute positively to their academic and personal growth.
Blood Drive
During the term, the College hosted the blood bank for its regular visit. Students and staff participated in the initiative by donating blood, demonstrating a commitment to community responsibility and service.
Each donation has the potential to save lives, and this initiative continues to support the broader community in a meaningful way.
All Things Sport
The netball and basketball teams delivered strong performances across recent fixtures, demonstrating skill, teamwork, and discipline.
In basketball, the College recorded convincing victories:
- CINC vs Reddam Ballito (U15: 49–4; U19: 61–21)
- CINC vs La Lucia (U15: 34–7)
- CINC vs Redwood College (40–9)
On the netball court, similarly strong results were achieved against Redwood College:
- U15: 22–14
- U19: 18–7
These results reflect the continued commitment of both athletes and coaching staff to maintaining high performance standards.
