STEAM Fun in Grade 0000
This term, our youngest learners in Grade 0000 began their exciting journey into the world of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics). Through playful, hands-on experiences, they explored light and shapes in imaginative ways.
Using light boxes, they investigated how different shapes appear when illuminated, experimenting with colour, shadows, and patterns. The highlight was constructing miniature houses using translucent blocks, a joyful exercise in creativity, critical thinking, and early problem-solving.
Our little scientists, engineers, and artists were filled with wonder as they discovered, created, and collaborated.
Grade 0 Gets Active with Sports
Our Grade 0 learners have been fully immersed in their sports sessions this term, rotating between netball, tennis, and soccer. Each session begins with energetic warm-up games to get them moving and they love every minute of it.
From powerful soccer kicks to precise tennis swings and sharp netball throws, the children are growing in skill, confidence, and coordination. These activities support essential gross motor development, teamwork, and body awareness in a fun and engaging way.
It’s also a wonderful opportunity for each child to explore different sports and discover what they enjoy most.

COLLEGE
Empowering Choices with TruLifeSA
Our College students recently took part in a thought-provoking life skills session facilitated by the team from TruLifeSA. The day was designed to equip young people with practical tools to navigate real world issues including peer pressure digital responsibility self-awareness and personal boundaries
Through storytelling interactive challenges and honest dialogue students were encouraged to think critically about their choices values and the impact of their actions. The programme struck a balance between engagement and introspection leaving many learners with valuable takeaways
We are grateful to the TruLifeSA team for creating a safe space where learners could ask questions reflect on their experiences and explore the kind of adults they are becoming
