Parent Coffee Conversation
We were delighted to host another meaningful Parent Coffee Conversation morning, where our very own EdTech teacher, Ms Andrea Kruger, joined us as guest speaker. Ms Kruger shared valuable insights on iPad security and highlighted the important role parents play in supporting safe and responsible technology use at home.
The session was highly informative, and parents left with practical, hands-on tips and useful ideas to help guide their children in the digital world.
Thank you, Andrea, for an engaging and empowering session, and for the passion and care you bring to our school community.
Who We Are
Our classroom has been buzzing with excitement as Students explore how the human body works and how its systems are interconnected. One highlight was putting together Mr Bones, our skeleton model, helping Students understand how the skeletal system supports and protects the body.
Learning was taken a step further as Students explored X-rays, observing bones inside the body and making real-life connections to structure and function. Alongside this, Students examined real animal bones, deepening their understanding through hands-on experiences. We also discovered how the muscular system works with bones to create movement and how the respiratory system supplies oxygen to keep us active and strong.
A wonderful example of IB inquiry, curiosity, and real-world learning in action!
