At Crawford International, we select and continuously develop our teachers to inspire, encourage and engage with our students throughout their learning journey. Our approaches to teaching and learning are continually aligned with international conversations and practices to ensure that our academic offering remains innovative and relevant.

Our teachers, who are our brand ambassadors, have been through an accredited training programme on ‘Becoming a person of influence’ offered in partnership with the John Maxwell Institute. This has equipped our staff to teach and walk alongside our students and support them in dealing with the day-to-day challenges they may face. We know that with choice comes responsibility. Our mentorship programme will create authentic opportunities for our students to understand the accountability they carry with every decision they make within and beyond school.
